• Cancellation more than 180 days before embarkation
  10% of the total charter price will be retained as a penalty.
  The remaining 40% of the amount paid will be refunded.
   
• Cancellation between 90 and 180 days prior to embarkation
  50% of the total charter price will be retained.
   
• Cancellation within 90 days of embarkation
  100% of the total charter price will be retained.
  If the yacht is re-chartered for the same period and under the same conditions, the amount paid will be refunded, less 5% for administrative costs.

• Check-in: from 5 p.m. on the day the rental begins
• Check-out: by 9 a.m. on the day of return

It is mandatory to return to the base the evening before the end of the hire period to allow for the boat to be checked and prepared for the next hire.

• or by bank transfer within 30 days prior to departure

In the event of damage to the yacht or loss of equipment, the estimated cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

For charters with a skipper, the crew is not responsible for manoeuvring and navigation, but only for any accidental damage caused to the boat (e.g. cigarette burns, loss of equipment, internal damage).

Upon delivery of the yacht, an indicative list of repair and replacement costs will be provided to ensure maximum transparency.
